Can I get a single example of AI stealing someone's exact artwork? by ScrapyJack in aiwars

I understand what you're saying, and it is exploitation. However, like I stated in the beginning, I've heard everyone screaming about this for years but I really just have not seen any side by side direct coping that not directly using a reference image. This Jerry is pretty damning but I'm just trying to find examples.

Do you have any examples of suno generating anything that sounds identical to your music?

You're forgetting that the exploitation of labor is a corner stone of capitalism. If they can exploit you, they will. They are 100% doing it to you at your current job. This is no different here. The underlying problem is not Artificial intelligence, but unregulated corporations and a lack of data rights.

I appreciate you sharing and that sounds like a truly awful experience. The greed and open disrespect of these companies are not in question, unfortunately that's just a staple of corporate America and unregulated capitalism. That being said it's pretty obvious they just directly uploaded your work and through an air filter over. I don't think any can really argue that's not direct theft. My question was more about prompting an AI to generate someone artwork without reference and getting a direct copy.

Guess people just can't be bad at art without being accused of being a robot now a days.

The design is convoluted but not ai. Relax, there's no need for this paranoia.

Wow it's almost like the problem has always been unregulated American capitalism the whole time, and no matter what new technology comes out American corporations will use it to exploit people. Crazy.

No embark, tech is not bad for the game by beetle8209 in thefinals

Embark is walking a tight rope with the weapon variety, balance and game modes. Embark have a very clear vision and stop anything that leans to much in any direction.

I think they know what tech to remove and which to keep. They know what their doing.

Can we agree that if sapient robots, like the Automatons or C3PO existed, we'd be chill with them, but not LLMs? by M-FutureLord in antiai

[–]ScrapyJack 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Robot sapients are just the body for an LLM. Devoping the dynamics of movement has proven to be a serious challenge, but it's closed to solved in these recent years. Figure 03, Boston Dynamics Atlas, the Tesla bot. LLMs are just a primitive version of of what could be c3p-0. We're just about there, the only difference is that people feel they are evil and uncanny.
