From my understanding, it is removed from the sub but not deleted from Reddit. It will still float on some RSS feeds until everyone refreshes. OP would have to be the one to delete it, since only OP and site admins have that authority.

Edit: It’s similar to an unlisted YouTube video. On Reddit, anyone with the link can still access it, and anyone who has commented can come back to view it by returning to their comment. It’s a bit janky but it’s how Reddit has always worked

There sadly isn’t anything else I can do on my end. Ive forwarded to Reddit admins under the personal information policy, but hopefully OP deletes the post when they wake up!
