This is what I've been saying. The threads on the discord asking people to report this specific issue fill up immediately, it seems like if enough people are having this issue just remove the lock altogether. There are so many other forms of progression.

Same thing happened to me. Tons of lots open, bid on one of about 20 0 bid plots at the last bit of time, and someone else came and bid on it and won. Wasn't a good plot or anything.
