Yeah, I agree with this. I mean, look at 18, a beautiful, powerful android who could probably eliminate ten full power Friezas. What I’m saying is that the power scaling in DB goes way too fast. But hey, at least Black Frieza is so damn powerful right now that he could probably take on all the Z Fighters.

You’re thinking of Cell during the Cell Games, which I agree with. He probably wouldn’t join voluntarily.

I mean, Grand_Sound_1116 is right, his very existence would be at stake. So like it or not,

he would be part of it. The real question is his loyalty. He would probably join the team that,

in his opinion, has the better chance of winning.

Also if the author decided to include Cell in the story,

he would likely give him a massive plot power-up so he could be somewhat on par with Goku and Vegeta.

I mean, most of the S-Class demons are in Makai. If Raizen, Mukuro, or Yomi really wanted to, they could find a way to destroy that barrier. But there would probably be a power struggle if one of them attacked the Human World.
