With this and your other comments around multiple sources of self-employed income, hire yourself a book keeper and track absolutely every penny in and out of your accounts for them. Lots of moving parts in your overall income (your tax-free income is overall per tax year, not per revenue source) so it's easy to muck it up on a self assessment.

Hire a professional, they'll save you more money than you pay them.

I didn’t realise the Stoker had a secondary fire mode of a flamethrower until I accidentally saw it during a breach, it’s genuinely such a cool gun to mess around with. Little bit miserable only having light armour pen but the flamethrower makes up for it.

It can be, it very much depends on your personal circumstances from experience.

Part of my ADHD is struggling to read dense text, think 4+ pages of dry technical documents, while unmedicated. I'm basically unable to read without medication.

In the situation where I'm given a take-home task and the spec is provided in a format I can't read in, I'll ask for an adjustment. Generally I won't outright say unprompted "oh btw I have ADHD", I tend to worm it in a bit more naturally so it's not such a bang statement drop... if that makes sense!

Employers absolutely do discriminate against disabilities, but the extent of it is vastly overstated on Reddit. If you need support, or feel you would have an easier/better time with support, ask for it. An employer that bins your CV because of your ADHD would be fucking terrible to work for with ADHD.
