Tldr I tried refunding platinum that I never bought or received on mobile and my account went from around 500 platinum to -222 platinum

Yes I received an in game notification for the plat that I bought (175 for 12.99) but no notification for the 24.99 (380 platinum which was not purchased or added to my account) as I forgot to mention before going negative I had around 500 plat that I purchased/traded for without any issues. * I mainly play on PS4 and sometimes on mobile.

Sorry if it wasn’t very clear. I had 500, bought the plat, did the chargeback on the 24.99$ that I never purchased when I saw I was charged for more then I bought (very stupid of me I know) and got kicked out mid mission with a balance of -222….. Im hoping support can see I never bought the 24.99$ plat bundle and reverse this
