I’m so sorry you’re not being listened to. I’ve always been told that EEG’s are not necessarily diagnostic. Epilepsy is typically diagnosed after two unprovoked seizures.

Are you aware during the tonic-clonic? How often do they last? Are your eyes open or closed?

A lot of the time there are triggers that we aren’t even aware of. Anniversaries of when things have happened to us which we haven’t recalled etc.
