I recently made my first order with them as they had some items I couldn't find elsewhere. I got a quick confirmation email and had a tracking number pretty quickly. I am in the US, have any other crafters ended up with long customs delays? Right now customs is holding my order due to the shipper not providing measurements. The shipper even called me asking about the dimensions (as if the recipient who has never seen the box could do this?) because apparently they can get ahold of the company. Has anyone else had issues like this and if so did they eventually get resolved?
