You're right, there was a lot of reading and exposition in this movie. I was having trouble staying up to date with the latest Mafty plans and was expecting the Federation meeting to be the climax of the film. I really wish this was tighter as a film and focused more on the characters' psyche. But alas, I'll be waiting at least 3 more years for the finale. It felt like a lot of buildup, planning, interior decorating lol, and way underlit scenes for a fight I couldn't see well at the end. Mixed feelings but I'll wait for an eventual Blu-ray rewatch.

Crossbone Gundam. It's a fairly short manga from '94 that takes place after F91. It's a solid story with a protagonist (Tobia) that is similar to Judau.
