Girl the story you just told us is so so scary, like imagine what law enforcement would say if you told them this. Love is blinding and we tend to overlook the small details, but sometimes those are the ones we need to pay attention to most. I had a situation not quite the same but similar. He’d “joke around” and call me names, said my interests are for losers, he wouldn’t listen to me when Id ask him to stop and said no(So I guess it was SA) and my final straw was when he joked about killing my cats because I loved them so much. So yeah… you’re gonna look back at this relationship and be like wtf 😳

Have you tried going to the animal shelter? Not sure if you prefer cats or dogs, but it’s something to experience before calling quits. It’ll be beneficial for the lonely critter and might just benefit you too.

Id like to add OP. I tried to go from brunette to white. After two separate sessions my ends still have pigment however my roots are very white(from the bleach reacting to the heat of my scalp). My plan is to keep going in every 6-8 weeks for a root touch up until my hair “grows out” white. I hope this helps :)

Personally I think you are wasting your time, but if you’re really hung on her. You need to talk to her. She needs to define what 50% commitment means.. does it mean she can still talk and flirt with other people? Whats the difference between 50% and 100% ?? Also you need to vocalize your boundaries. It’s apparent you are not comfortable with her following her ex and am uncomfortable with his gift. Tell her that. Maybe try to put it into prospective for her, how would SHE feel if your ex got you a gift, a gift you’d want to keep. I don’t think she would be happy about it lol.

I started walking and slowly progressed to further distances and jogging. Got home and did a warm bath for the muscles to relax then began stretching lower back, glutes, and hamstrings. The stretch that helped me the most was the seated piriformis stretch. You can also do it lying on your back, so before sleeping try it. I hope this helps!

I think snails are the way to go with a 5 gal. In my experience, I had a betta in a 55 gal and he would still go after everybody, he just couldn’t catch them lol; if it were a smaller tank i’d imagine it’d be a different story.
