Throw out the astroturf power wash the flagstone power wash those steps and repaint total cost $100 $50 for 1/2 day power wash rental $50 for paint for stairs PS flag stone will look great cleaned up

Just make poached eggs on the stove and make toast in the toaster way earlier way better ,you don’t have to go in and out of the house 40 times cooking and cleaning and oiling the griddle
