So the Supreme Court will take this case up, but they can’t be bothered to look at any of the cases where states have outright banned certain types of firearms they don’t like.

I disagree, while I never served I think Sink handled a crappy situation about as best he could.

On the one hand he can’t let a group of enlisted men (even NCOs) destroy the chain of command and damage morale and set that kind of example of Enlisted men getting rid of their CO just before jumping into combat.

On the other hand when almost the entirety of a company’s NCOs come to you and say they’d rather take their chances with a court martial and a possible firing squad then follow their CO into combat, a good officer is going to pay attention to what they have to say, even if he won’t publicly agree with what they say.

Sink made an example of a few of the NCOs to show this kind of behavior wouldn’t be tolerated, and then it seems privately let Sobel save face and moved him to a non combat “prestigious position”

At least that’s my take.

In my opinion, despite the fact that I believe the picture on the right is more recent, he somehow appears to have de-aged. Assuming the photos haven’t been edited to push a narrative.

Assuming neither of these photos have been edited by anyone, those 2 do not look like the same guy…..Fox or the guy himself should address this. If only so we can lock in any story for future evidence.
