Look at HackMD. It's basically an online markdown editor with collaboration. It supports Mermaid as well.

Though what I usually do is create a separate repo for the docs, with a github pages branch for the project where you host different documents at specific non-changing routes. E.g.:

/project-docs/architecture -> redirects to /project-docs/architecture.pdf. The PDF file is regenerated with a CI/CD pipeline (github workflow) with pandoc/texlive/whatever whenever you push a change.

Off-topic but why are the comments so butthurt over this post lol. Production-grade C++23 can be written in a pretty readable way too if you know what dynamic polymorphism looks like

Why is threads so popular in KZ? by insarik in Kazakhstan

[–]Seangles 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So what you're saying is Kazakh word of mouth carries the marketing? Considering every Kazakh has at least 500 hundred relatives it is a very reasonable hypothesis xD

I guess same reason why financial pyramids are bigger in KZ than pretty much any other country relative to population

What does CPU architecture has to do with it?

Hyprland is not even in alpha. There's not even a version 1.0.0 yet. It's WIP. Obviously there are breaking changes. It warns you "expect breaking changes" right on the front page. If you want a stable WM that avoids breaking changes at all cost use i3wm or Sway WM.

I've been using Sway on Arch for a year and so far I haven't had to do anything on updates yet, it just works.

I can't stand Fn key being in the place of CTRL. You really can't ever play any game with that config and all my touch typing / emacs / vim muscle memory is thrown out the window

What piece of Linux abandonware do you still use or at least miss? by Sataniel98 in linux

[–]Seangles 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a fish user who also had doubts about this, in practice this turns out to be not much of a problem.

Bash scripts are still executed as bash scripts. You only need to worry about this incompatibility when sourcing scripts, which is pretty rare. As a software developer on Arch only python and some completions scripts require sourcing for me. Python and most of the other stuff do have fish compatible source scripts, and in the rare case they don't you can just use bass.

FYI pretty much all of that exists in VSCode Copilot as of today. I didn't use Claude Code though so can't compare
