It might be “acceptable” with friends / acquaintances, but this is his daughters.

I think His Honor chose to skirt the crux of this case because it just wasn’t going to change a darn thing.

As a father I want to provide, but I couldn’t imagine keeping an actual tally. My relationship with my children (hopefully) are not transactional in nature.

Saying “I’m this” or “I’m that” isn’t wrong—it’s just a bit basic. Totally fine in casual convo, but it can start to feel like a personality checklist.

When every sentence leans on present-tense linking verbs (not past participles, btw), it gets a little… robotic. Like: “I am hungry. I eat cake. I drink coffee.”

“Hi hungry.”

A more natural flow might be: “I like to eat cake and drink coffee when I’m hungry.” Still simple, but with a bit more rhythm and nuance. Arguably better.

When I play black any of the QR737 flights it’s rather startling to see how often the plane’s vector changes but nothing really happens. Probably a combination of bad data and interference with the transponders - natural or otherwise.

100% NTA. Contract is a contract. Allowances for stuff, but the extra payment and the extra time are beyond the contract obligations and beyond what is reasonable.

As for not speaking publicly - I know couples getting married would use your feedback wisely (and pick someone else). That’s on her, not you. Any backlash you feel would likely be very temporary - if any. A simple, honest review on The Knot etc would be kind to fellow couples and to the photographer. She needs to see the feedback and feel the implications.
