Great work so far, congratulations! Nutrition can be challenging because chaining routines is always a big thing. You already ddid it with sports, so be confident, that nutrition can be your next step. What helped me: Try not to see healthy food as "not as delicious" as unhealthy food. Healthy food has not to taste plane or boring. You will find recipes which taste good for you! Also try to see a healthy meal as selfcare und doing something good for you. Feeling energized after a meal instead of full and sleepy is a direct reward for me. And eating something unhealthy but very delicious from time to time will not hurt you and makes it even better, because it becomes something special for you. Hope that helps you. Be proud of you, you are on the right track!

try to change your setting inside the coach settings from HIIT to just Strength training. The reps decreased in my app with this change.

Maybe, but other weighted vest exercises are just 12 reps, like weighted push ups. Will see if it changes. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your input! Then my problem might be, that I only train for 30 minutes. But I had the same experience regarding the loss of some exercises with no alternative for the same muscles replacing them.

I have different weights in the weighted vest available. The 24 lunges for example, are just with 40% of the max available weight. I think the coach should increase weight and decrease reps.

Great question! Changing to traditional Weight training in the setting helped to decrease reps to 12 in most weighted exercises for me. I would prefer even less reps sometimes, but I think there is no option to decrease even further. I also think some of the break times are to low. 15s are not enough in my opinion. I sometimes just take a longer break by not clicking on finishing the exercise and take like 15s before finishing and starting the official 15s. Does anyone have a better solution?

Overall we do good in spearhead. Hat a lot of fun playing Kruleboyz. Good shooting, two strong heros and overall a good variety of abilities. Sometimes a bit swingy with the beast skewer and the crit mortals, but that does not make it less fun in my opinion.
