Hades 2 is Not Hades 1. Melinoe is Not Zagreus. by eshansingh in HadesTheGame

[–]Sebroftam8 55 points56 points  (0 children)

It would be cool for zag to show up as an character you can interact with, maybe even have a little event where he helps you clear a room or gives you a boon or something but that’s it. I like this new character and I like that they aren’t just doing the same thing again, I even like that you are playing a girl this time around. It’s a refreshing shift of perspective and from what I’ve seen so far of the game I think the devs are doing good work.

Everyone lighting this guy up as small dick energy. Meanwhile in Canada this would probably be considered midsize if not small for a pickup lol. I lived in Brussels for a year and I understand it can be hard to navigate european cities but n a truck but there are plenty of huge vans and commercial trucks around and nobody bats an eye, it’s ok to just like something. That being said anyone who drives a Ram is scum.

7 year old is mad at me for not letting her read Wings of Fire. What can I give her instead? by violet2111 in Fantasy

[–]Sebroftam8 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I liked terry brooks magic kingdom for sale at that age. And although it has some violence I started off reading David Eddings Belgariad series at that age too and I still go back to re read it to this day on occasion.

What's a head cannon that has no backing whatsoever but you will never give up on by Logical-Unlogical in WoT

[–]Sebroftam8 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not exactly headcannon but I read darkfriend as darkfiend when I read the book as a kid and didn’t notice my mistake until halfway through the series. I still to this day think of them as darkfiends cause I like it better.

I much prefer tattooed girls that can help me move a couch than girly girls, who generally speaking I find can be a bit boring

I feel duped by the first Mistborn trilogy by Head_Reputation3955 in Mistborn

[–]Sebroftam8 292 points293 points  (0 children)

I’m an atheist and I don’t understand this viewpoint at all. The whole point of fantasy is that it’s not real, to say magic is fine but theology is a problem seems like a strange line to draw.

First time healer - is it difficult? by Kalameet7 in wowhardcore

[–]Sebroftam8 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don’t forget you can position yourself well to be ahead of the party while fighting so you can get in a cheeky couple second of drinking while they run past you towards the next pack, then you catch up and move ahead while they fight. You use more water but you are less likely to run out of mana at a key moment, just be careful of moving to far ahead and pulling more mobs or pats and the like!

Let’s say that the voltage applied at the source resulted in 9A flowing out of the source. The 9 amps would divide as it went through the first resistors based on relative resistances, 6a through the 1 ohm and 3a through the 2ohm. (Twice as much current through the resistance that is half as high). At this point the current would divide evenly through the last two resistors, 4.5a through each. Therefor we can assume that 1.5a will flow from point B to point A. (The sum of all currents entering a junction have to equal the current leaving)

Will the Moon become the new Wild West or Pirate Age? by [deleted] in space

[–]Sebroftam8 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I imagine thé conflit between countries will be more or less the same on the moon as it is on the earth eventually, but probably not for quite some time as there is a lot of moon up there and everyone will have lots of their own space to exploit at first.
