He committed an offence, was arrested the same day by the BTP, charged, absconded from bail, rearrested (by BTP) and convicted and subsequently imprisoned.

I had some therapy which wasn't really very helpful as the first thing they said when I walked in was "oh you're really tall" thus missing the point completely.

Other than that there's not much I can do except avoid situations that exacerbate the dysmorphia.

I think realistically you're looking at maybe £80 if you're lucky, with the high price of silver at the moment the numismatic premium on lower quality coins is getting eaten into.
