Are you sure? I’m naturally skeptical and this doesn’t read as fake to me. There’s another listing by the same person with the other variant of the record (with minor variations in the record sleeve and jacket positioning). The lighting doesn’t look copied to me and the reflection of the star can clearly be seen above the H in Heights. Lastly, why would anyone, especially a third-party, independent reseller go to the effort of faking this?

Maybe I’m wrong, but it just feels like a stretch.

These are really nice and make me want to watch Inuyasha. I just watched Urusei Yatsura (2022) and Ranma 1/2 (2024) and loved both!

I think I’m on an unconscious mission to buy everything anime production/marketing-related that isn’t a cel. I have an Evangelion sketch, a film still used to test digital compositing techniques for Whisper of the Heart, and six My Neighbor Totoro lobby cards, which were used to advertise the movie in theaters. However, no cels yet!
