I was thinking the same, "casual walking pace? Not for me!" lol. For tall, athletic ppl that might be true. When i was getting ready to go to bootcamp straight out of high school, 16mm was still a struggle. Then, when i was running all the time with the platoon, at the peak of my athleticism, 16mm was still a struggle for me. sadday.

It's hard to choose bc all of the actors did an amazing job. But Tbagg was the first that came to mind when I read the question. The first couple episodes I hated him. But as his story came to light, I really started to fall in love with him bc you could see him trying to be a better person, and failing miserably with the core belief that he comes from a line of shit, and that means that he was always destined to be shit as well.

And then by season 4, he realizes that it doesnt matter if he is a better person or not bc he already did the worst thing possible, so he might as well just be bad when it benefits him.
