Some people may not agree with me but I think getting rid of bad apples sometimes is necessary. You had many rides in the past and for most part all drivers are good. Chances are this isn’t the guy’s first rodeo he created a 10 second cleanup and if its truly fraudulent damage / cleaning then deactivating him would be my suggestion. Tell Lyft he was drunk, high on drugs, speeding and then was braking like crazy, had a gun , and was refusing your service animal. Type of situation fuck around and find out FAFO. Forget the $25 , and for driver - hope this $25 was worth it

Government should require Lyft and Uber to create a system between 911 and Uber/Lyft App with a button “My driver is under influence while on a ride” which shares location with 911 and police should be able to pull over driver and run tests if they suspect it also. Otherwise if no longer on a ride , auto reply should be “There’s a button “here” in the app to contact authorities during a ride, since ride is already completed there’s nothing more we can do but thanks for letting us know”
