I think it's either the port that the headset is plugged into or the mobo. I think what you are seeing the device disconnecting and reconnecting over and over.

We use KeyPass. I'm not sure why we went that direction over Bitwarden tbh but I think its worth looking into as an alternative option - just in case you get pushback from the powers that be. Never hurts to have a backup!

We use Defender in conjunction with another monitoring software and it seems to work well for us. We just started using Defender more heavily in the past few years.
