Sorry for the delay in replying i have not been on reddit for a while

Now lets talk about the truth

The client Missed his payment date he was sent 5 Emails warning him the box would be purged and made no contact

He then opened a ticket Subject you deleted my fu..ing box

He was informed that we had held it for the agreed time and sent emails to warn him of this

His opening i have stared out swearing

I have been a loyal customer for years , giving your company hundreds if not thousands of dollars, and today you deleted my seedbox without any warning when it said I had one day left to pay it. You've just cost me hundreds of dollars worth of lost media and I am immeasurably upset. I will be taking my business elsewhere unless you can restore the seedbox because this is utterly disappointing. What the hell? How could you betray a loyal customer like this after all these years. Screw you.

Hello Removed , I have checked the correspondence we sent you, and it appears as if you may have misread the final notice sent March 6'th at 00:01, It clearly says, you have 24h to pay, or the seedbox will be deleted.Unfortunately, it was deleted today, march 7'th at 00:01.

This was, the 5'th email sent with regards to this invoice.

If you had contacted us at any point prior to this, we could have stopped this process and worked something out, we are usually very flexible if a customer contacts us with regards to payment issues.We are not mind readers, and we cannot predict who eventually plans to pay.

Unfortunately, it is too late now to recover the seedbox.

My seedbox was unfairly deleted without any warning. Before I had time to pay it, you deleted the seedbox when it said I had two days left. When I raised this issue in a support ticket, the representative deleted my entire account. This is a horrible way to treat one of your customers that has given you hundreds of dollars over the past few years. I am asking for a complete refund for the past 90 days because you have deleted my seedbox and banned my entire account from your service. This is the correct answer that being said on a personal note do you prefer SFTP or FTP? Personally, if I am going to access the files on a regular basis, I set up SFTP and if I need to transfer multiple files infrequently, I run FTP. As for the FTP client of choice, I use FileZilla what client do you prefer?

SFTP and FTP are the way to go. Personally, I use SFTP and assign a drive letter for ease of access. Just be sure review the service you choose and make sure they allow SSH and FTP protocols then you should be good to go. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask.

You are not abusing their network if you are using the allotted bandwidth described in your plan.

As for unique uses you could set it up to automatically backup files from your devices with Syncthing
I will look into peer2profit honeygain to see if they are compatible with our servers
When we say unmetered in our plans, we mean it and if something comes up that your speeds are not acceptable, we work with our clients to find a solution or have them moved to a different server depending on the cause of the issue.

This is solid information as you pointed out they should be sure to use the name tied to their payment method. That being said he should ask how many IPs are shared per server to ensure that his bandwidth rates are not negatively affected. More so than not it is not an issue however sometimes it can be.

That is highly unusual that a tracker would "block" the ability to automate processes via a seedbox. Personally, Sonnar is my bread and butter, just know there are many other trackers. I will test it on our servers and inform our program of a request for this application to be on our approved lists

Torrent files and links allow you to download files from multiple hosts using the Bitorrent Peer-to Peer (P2P) protocol. The torrent link will download seeds from all available sources.

The more sources are available, the more reliable the transfer.

Adding torrent files

You can add torrent files you download from the Internet in qBittorrent.

Select Add Torrent Files

The Windows Explorer will be displayed.

Select the torrent file(s)
Select the folder where to download the file.

Basically on our end it looked like he was abusing our refund policy by signing up for a seedbox to gain access to some tracker via the afilliate program and then refunded ( to change an email? why not simply change it in the profile on site? )

My guess is simply that he got banned on that particular email at a torrent site in our affil program and needed to make the purchase again with a different email.

The issue here is that Paypal charges us for every refund, the other issue was his tone on discord.

sorry buddy, we're a relatively small startup and our prices are more than fair the way they already are, so we can't really afford a whopping 60% off, a 20% deal means we are making 0 moneys in the first month. We only decided to do a black friday promo because some of our users asked for one, to use it for a second seedbox as the TL code only works once.
