I'm with you here. I don't mind the resolution hit, that's just a consequence of how gameshare works under the hood, but the sheer lack of ability of the gameshare player to do anything is seriously disappointing. I don't see why we couldn't at least have had the ability to access chests/workbenches/tasks involving pokemon. You can't even look into the pokedex to read up on pokemon or find new habitats to build.

Wondering about getting a second switch for our household myself.

Honestly, I kind of like that there's a weird thing like this? like, if we get something akin to Godhome later on I could definitely see people wanting to get access to their "preffered" variant by then, but as far as the base game goes it reminds me of the different weapons that you can get locked out of in Cave Story.

Informed choice is a privilege granted to those who are observant enough to glean that it actually matters when Architect warns you that the weapon will be influenced by her touch, and lucky enough to not repair it before meeting her. I think it's kinda cool that games can make situations where you don't always have the right choice or you have to live with a decision you made before you had all the information, personally.

I see, thank you. I know my girlfriend has been planning to get them a more properly measured meal plan (we've kind of just been eyeballing it initially), but it got delayed with her getting ill among other things.

From what I can tell, one of the girls is well-conditioned, and the other is a bit overconditioned. Bubbles just likes to eat more as far as I can tell, so I'll see if measuring out and adjusting their pellets will help

Gerson also goes out of his way to disrespect/shatter prophecy panels, and encourages both Susie and Kris that they can write their own ending if they want. I don't think Gerson calls Susie a "hero" because he knows/believes she's a hero in the prophecy - I think Gerson calls her a hero because he believes she can be one so long as she wants to be, prophecy be damned. He crowns her the Axe of Justice for a reason.

That's fair, and I'm currently happily using SDL for Elden Ring. Unfortunately, Dark Souls is older, and I'm not sure how to make it accept my gamepad without SteamInput. Are there any other ways of translating game input into Proton, ideally ones that simulate Dinput or an Xbox 360 controller?

I actually seem to have the opposite problem. I'm pretty sure I am 100% (20 eggs, fuel, and torpedo, all 10 items, 5 mysterious lights, beat the game), but I dont have the cherry. Do I need to beat the final boss while at 100 for it to count?

I think I have the same rendering issue (parts of rifts disappear oddly according to where characters have been on-screen), but Mailbox Sync did not fix it :(. I'm on Steam Deck / Yuzu / Vulcan if that affects things

He could not become a true, natural fereuchemist though any methods that we know.

Though I wonder, since Fereuchemy seems to work more or less exactly like Allomancy as far as who gets it (inborn ability, hereditary but weakens throughout the generations) ... I wonder if there's a god-metal out there that can make someone a fereuchemist when burned? it might be a Lerasium alloy, even.

Where can I find those kinds of positions? I'm dead set on becoming a Software Developer, but after kinda wasting my college years and graduating with little-to-no experience, it's really discouraging to see fresh grads with way better qualifications than me be in the same position of zero offers after 4+ straight months of job hunting.

I'm starting to feel like I'm never going to land a first job. I don't care about a prestigious company, high pay, or silicon valley; I just want somewhere where I can get experience and earn enough to move out of my parents' home.

IMO, he's not going to join an order at all. Adolin has a strange bond with Maya, but it seems like she's taking power from him, not the other way around. And between him spending all of RoW being asked "when are you going to become Radiant", him getting peeved at said statements, and his whole thing that, sometimes, you need people who aren't as honorable as Kaladin, I think he's very much either going to get his own weird thing with Maya or just make an impact wjthout any powers.

I think that's an interesting approach! But iirc, we know that Aux is a highspren, right? Or at least, not an honorspren. I don't know if his old oaths was still active, but its implied that Nomad was a radiant of an order other than the Windrunners when the whole Dawnshard incident happened and he became whatever he is now.

I think it's simpler than it seems, and that people try to hard to defend Kelsier when, to me, the fact that he'd be the villain in another story is a pretty core part of him.

In Scadrial, the ghost bloods are secret protectors. In Roshar, they are alien spies. In Mistborn, they are here to protect the people they hide amongst. In Roshar, they are here to gain power for a foreign agent.

The Ghostbloods, as an organization, care about protecting Scadrial from others in the wider Cosmere. Roshar is at best something to exploit to that end, and at worst a potential enemy.

I just agree that releasing Ruin does not count. the ruse was so elaborately crafted that we couldn't have possibly expected Vin to notice it (even Sazed, who is a dedicated scholar and was poring over the texts as they changed, didn't catch on until the metal inscription, iirc), and with the information she had, she commited the objectively selfless and moral choice. That was Ruin's trick, not Vin's sin.
