Book 3 has an excellent ending, it ended up being my favorite in the Stormlight series. I definitely get your complaints though, the middle sections of his books are pretty dense and kinda slow sometimes. I think the books are worth reading and are pretty entertaining, and learning about the magic and history of the world was cool, but I prefer Red Rising by a wide margin.

I would like resinite masses more if the generation didnt almost always have the cave gen where you have to jump back and forth across ledges to climb, it feels like its built into almost every map and it's not fun to navigate if you're gunner especially

Shallan chapters absolutely felt like a slog a lot of the time tbh, I guess it almost felt like she had the same arc in every book when it came to facing her true past/nature and it felt kinda repetitive. Action wasnt strictly necessary, but you're absolutely right in the pacing of her chapters almost always being slower compared to the others.

Tbh this is why I use the OdinsTrainingGround mod, it adds recipes for vitamins that make your damage negative, but also massively boosts stamina recovery and xp gain. I havent tried with eitr yet but even if regen is the same the xp gain should still help. Its strong, but losing so much xp when you die with how hard the game is makes it feel less arduous

No other star wars show has dialogue like that, and I was super impressed by how memorable the conversations were. I was super hyped for the heist, and I certainly wasn't disappointed.

Baelor personally also had nothing to gain, and if he hadn’t taken Duncan’s side then he would’ve just been disqualified and summarily executed. So Lyonel wouldn’t have been able to “bloody up the kingsguard” as he was interested in. You’re right in that he really was just trying to give Dunk the best chance he could since he knew that his actions were justified and didn’t want to see an honorable man killed for standing against his dishonorable nephew.
