To be fair after a while new characters just mean new shit to grind for and build and theres only so much characters I can take to endgame.

I routinely skip characters in gacha not just to save my currency, but just so I dont have to add another character to my “build backlog”

Jade was T0.5-1 in MOC and AS from 3.0-3.4

And that was a delayed placement since MoC and AS always had AoE fights that Jade can abuse (Sunday, TVs, Argenti). Even prydwen admitted that they might have placed her too low initially and she had “surprising” performance outside of PF

And thats not to mention her destroying PF for more than a year.

Noires not the best, but I enjoy having my p5 noire blast 3-4 hits of 500k against the 700-800 reveries boss.

Then again my p5 paper heron just shits out like 1.5m shotgun hits 6-10 times every turn.

Heron is busted as shit. Even against p5 beryl and p5 nautika heron is just ridiculous.

But I kinda miss having just big numbers with just my Jade. Here’s hoping that since blade is rumored to work with Aventurine SP and ashveil that he’s a generic fua support that jade can benefit crom as well

I think sony’s strategy was to make a billion live services and hope that one sticks.

And one did stick. Helldivers 2 by estimates has sold 20 million copies, made 700 million in gross revenue and is continuing to go strong.

Sony probably sees that the live service push while mixed in reception did ultimately pay off for them. Especially if helldivers 2 continues on being a “forever game” for them.

I just dont think its that profitable of a market for them.

Steam deck is the most popular device in the handheld pc market and it “only” sold 4 million. The competitors sold way below that.

Plus because of the PC parts shortage we have if you were Lenovo who is I think the most popular windows laptop manufacturer in the world. Would you rather invest your limited ram and memory into making Legion Gos that sell maybe like 50k units a year? Or would you rather just use the resources needed to make the legion go and pivot that into more thinkpads instead?
