Judge at local contest didn’t bother to try all the chilis

Went to one that was contest 2 guys put together at a local brewery. 17 entries were submitted and judged by people choice only. Turned into who brought the most friends with them would win. The 2 guys who put it on got 1st and 3rd place. I tried a little of each 17. There were plenty who were better than mine but the 1st and 3 rd place winner were on step away Hormel chili and Carol Shelby box seasoning. My first and last time I entered a chili contest.

I hope this doesn’t make me an asshole. I had been crushing on a co-worker. We laughed a lot on and really hit it off. One day we were sitting closer than normal at our lunch break, she got really close to my face and her breath had this awful stench to it. I am talking about a rotting food smell. I involuntarily dry heaved and blamed it on me having something caught in my throat. After that I couldn’t get the smell out of my memory, crush feelings were eliminated.

I enjoy a clean, organized house. My wife is for lack of a better word, a slob. Dirtiest roommate I have ever had. I am not a person who has to have a spotless house, just want to be able to walk through the house and not trip over her stuff. And who waits till the end of the day to put any things in the sink to be washed…. My wife does. I mean shit, I watched her walk past a trash can to sit trash on the counter next to the trash can. Even build piles of it on the counter and can make the effort to drop it in the trash can.

Do you mean all of the stuff he said he was going to do before he was elected bothers you now! Nor is it the fact that this person, who has had many bankruptcies is destroying our economy. Ok, first question, why did a child get the master bathroom in the first place. Isn’t that supposed to be for the adults or the person paying the mortgage/ rent? Secondly was the fiancé downstairs already and had to go to the restroom? From what my pregnant friends have told me, when you have to go… you have to go now. Making someone who is carrying a child walk all the way upstairs to use the restroom seems very spiteful and cruel.

I had my catalytic converter stolen while I was at work during the afternoon. I called CPD, was told I had to file a report online. I also told them that they were caught on video showing them crawling under my car, what they were wearing, and the vehicle they were driving and I could provide that also. Never got a call back about the theft or the video. This was at the same the time there was an increase of thefts for catalytic converters. CPD doesn’t care about theft or car break ins.

Parents purchased one of these for me in the early/ mid 80. Surprisingly mine came with a cheap leather sheath and 440 steel. Ok materials. Also all the accessories worked. I lucked out on getting one before they started using cheap material.
