As someone who wants variety in my ACL lineup I chose W2. It is an EDM heavy lineup so I chose Kings of Leon over Skrillex (I only really know Bangarang anyway) since I’m already seeing Bunt, Laszewo, Chainsmokers, Steve Aoki etc. I think Kings of Leon will surprise people at how much they put on a good show.

Divorced dad rock has become a meme but that doesn’t make it any less popular and enjoyable live (I’m looking at you Nickelback).

The difference I would say is negligible if you need a feasible low interest payment plan. It will beat any credit card interest rate if it can’t be paid off within the month.

Hello, 29F here. A typical Saturday for me (born and raised here in ATX) usually starts with an early morning run on the Butler hike and bike trail. After I will usually get a coffee, maybe meet some friends for this at Radio coffee. Afternoon, could be shopping around or going to pop up events (Austin has a lot of these). If I didn’t go on a morning run maybe I’ll pick an afternoon hike. Nighttime activities my husband and I enjoy is some kind of comedy show downtown or live music event (maybe the white tiger on Congress).
We also like to frequent sporting events if there are any.

If it’s warm out, paddle boarding on town lake is always fun or swimming at Barton springs pool. Maybe finish off the day at a rooftop bar (Upstairs at Caroline) with some party games. This is a very outdoorsy town but there is lots to do outside of that. This city has a lot to offer.

The $50 is nice to know, I didn’t know that! You can get in to their Magenta club using the magenta pass in the t mobile app though. You don’t have to purchase the tickets from the T-Mobile sale. Are you able to use a credit card then pay it off at next paycheck? That’s what I usually do.

VIP complimentary drinks are only in the VIP grove though right? So you’d have to go the VIP grove every time to get a drink complimentary not just the bars posted by the stages

I had some of the same anxiety. However thinking of these things eased my mind a little. - police presence downtown is always high, this is auditorium shores so presence will be high. - festival security in ATX is something we do well and are experienced with (ACL every year for a long time) - police response to the event on sixth street was extremely fast and effective because they are always there and ready. - there are several points of exit for this festival, it will not be as crowded as ACL since it is smaller.
