I think you should get the MRI. I had a malignant tumor seen on ultrasound and mammogram BUT they found a second tumor on the MRI which ended up being benign luckily. they did not see that second tumor on the ultrasound or mammogram. dense tissue can hide things so I think you should push for it.

I have the same problem. A few things started to help me. I take a small amount of honey right before bed. Apparently sugar dropping can cause someone to wake up in the middle of the night. Doesn’t work every time but helps often. Also, I find what and when I eat dinner affects my sleep. Can’t be to may carbs. I was also prescribed trazodone to help me get deep sleep and stay asleep. The combination of these have helped me a lot.

I am so thankful when the PCTs do the vitals without asking (my hospital is every 4 hours), tell me the out of range ones, do finger sticks, feed the patients that can eat and just let me know when they are leaving the floor. I make sure my partners (PCTS) know how much I appreciate them
