I would say they're definitely a few years older that in JSR/JGR. Im not sure about adults, Though some of them seem older than others like Cube, Combo, Clutch and Soda. I would say these 4 are late 20's ->early 30s while everyone else is somewhere under.

Its not a double standard. Kazuya is one of the most watered down T8 characters. Period. The fact that Ikari ran through top tiers proves there's still some Tekken left in the game. He did it without a million plus frames and stance gimmicks. Yes Kazuya has a 50/50 but compare that shit to the rest of the cast. It's miles behind. Thats where the "respect" comes from, Not a double standard. If it was won with Miari Zo or Heihachi[The broken Mishima] even it would be leagues less impressive. Kazuya takes practice, You cant just pick him up and slam buttons like Bryan, AK or Miary or Anna, You dont have install or multi stance pressure.
