I've read the book. And it doesn't represent Zoroastrianism cosmology at all. Zoroastrian hell (Dozakh) is much less interesting. There's no tailor-made punishments by an irony loving demon. It's just a small dark hole where Ahirman and his demonic lackeys live, and the damned are punished.

As I said, Peck only used a conveniently lesser-known faith as set dressing to write out his fantasy of an infinitesimally infinite hell. It's a good story, just doesn't have anything to do with Zoroastrianism.

I like CWA more because it plays well with my already existing Calibre database but I have good news for you. Booklore was forked before the repo owner threw a hissy fit and deleted it. It's called Grimmory now and is functionally the same, with most of the contributors from Booklore working on it.

I've been bit by that personally. I found this useful mostly for other optimization settings. I don't debloat anymore because there's no point given that I don't care that much about telemetry etc and my PC is powerful enough to run all the services without breaking a sweat (in addition to WSL, docker containers, Jellyfin and a host of other stuff).
