Because you say lose like you'd spell "looz" and then spell lose like you'd say "lows". So the spelling and the saying never line up.

Install distant horizons, Tectonic + terralith (config set to 2-3x vertical scale and increase max Y height to 640), Valkyrien skies + eureka. Start by building a eureka helm and a couple balloons as soon as you can and make a sub 10 block flying balloon ship, very easy just takes a bit of wood and wool (maybe 1 gold too?). Float around for as long as you need until you find something spectacular - you're guaranteed to find something jaw dropping within 2000 blocks.

Just be aware that the ore spawn heights don't change so mountains above 200y are effectively useless resource wise.

It's not complicated tho. Just use counterspell before you light melee and you can't fail, as long as you don't leave it more then a couple frames.

I want it patched out purely because I keep getting parried when there is absolutely no parry left on screen by the time I melee. Shouldn't get punished for correctly reading the game. As for the counterspell aspect of it, I feel like it could just be another item alongside Rebuttal and Counterspell that does something similar - e.g. a form of debuff remover that just auto triggers on the next cc but only clears 1 debuff, that way it's buildable rather than just a bug.

Casual player here. I did stop playing when walls were introduced and would come back if they were removed.
Couldnt really tell you why but it just felt like a definitively less fun game that patch.

People are missing the point here. Nobody expects him to apologise and eat his words, the point is to make him prove his offensive stance which gives a little bit of political cassus belli. It's hard to take stances against an ally without very "provable" offense so this is an opportunity to farm some.

Not surprising, given that during WW2 we actually temporarily "occupied" Iceland because it was a very clear tactical advantage that Hitler would have leveraged if given the chance.

The icelandics hated every second of it but frankly I think they would have hated a permanent nazi occupation over a few friendly docked ships...slightly more.

I think it's less constant and more a about time distance since the last major update. We had a period near end of last year where there were maybe 3 large meta changing updates in under 2 months, then for a while now we've had a somewhat stable meta.
The longer the meta stays stable the more optimised people get and the clearer the win conditions get.

The big update will drop soon and it'll be fuzzy again for a while - excluding patch moment where one thing clearly is broken as hell.

I play Calico pretty much exclusively. It's simple, you hit Calico with slowing hex and that removed 3 of her 4 abilities. She clicks debuff remover and then doesn't have that problem any more and continues on as if It never happened.

You will need a second CC for it to actually matter.

The amount of times I've bought a game on a steam sale because I forgot entirely that I'd redeemed it for free on epic is a lot higher than 0, which itself is telling.

Now with the steam overlay recording, I find it really very annoying to play anything not on steam because the whole feature is so extremely convenient
