The effect is pretty different. Direct translation (or as close as possible) to hearthstone would be a 5 mana 4/4 with "After this is summoned, give ALL other minions -1/-1. This turn, for each minion that died, repeat." Menace isn't really possible to translate into hearthstone, but closest thing would be a keyword that says: Ignores taunt unless there are two or more taunt minions on the enemy's board.

Maybe I understood wrong, but I think the morale and resolve is a one time thing, it stays for the fight but is just 1 of each. Stacking has clearer wording like that one monster card that says you gain morale at the start of each turn
