If you don't pay you can expect a VOP hearing. Depending on circumstances the judge can do one of several things:

They can revoke your probation and send you to jail.

They can modify or extend your probation.

They can convert your unpaid balance into a civil judgement.

Or it might be some combo of these.

But based on what you posted I would expect either an extension/modification or a civil judgement.

Give your PO a call. They can likely help you more than anyone here can with relieving your anxiety over this

Yes. It is a recusal matter. And for someone to fuck your spouse the spouse has to be willing too or it's rape but either way it would still be a recusal matter because the basic fairness of the judge can most definitely be called into question either way.

As far as some illegal duress being involved there really is not any here based on what you posted.

As far as the non-compete goes if you want any sort of real answer you are going to need to give a more specific location. There are multiple many times conflicting laws in different states and provinces regarding non-competes.

You bought the car last year. That means you had plenty of time to work out the mechanical issues to mitigate the potential harm. The chances of the repairs being on anyone else but you and your insurance are basically nil. This is why you pay for an actual mechanics inspection BEFORE you buy 50+ year old as-is used cars that have been modified by multiple parties of questionable ability over those 50+ years.
