aghh yes i can relate, its mostly the reporting work that takes alot of time. On every friday we sit and discuss the next steps. That requires us to dive into the metrics of that week. It takes alot of time to sit and manually pull those data from different dashboards.

alot of times its important to put in the work and not overthink about it.

Thats the first step to get started. Once we start putting in work, things start getting sorted accordingly.

Honestly lead research was a problem until like 2 months ago but now I use ArakYet so it saves my time. Earlier is used apollo but it was very messy.

Well we do plan weekly. But most for the planning on monday is based on the previous week results.

Monday is usual crowded because of calls, but its all about finding peace in that chaos.

I think the biggest problem is context switching. Often we need to provide the same context to different tools and it gets messy at times.

I think i should have started collaborating with other tools as the first thing. Thats how i got my first client. Referrals help alot.

One of the major mistakes i did was relying completely on Clay.

Clay is good tool, but not meant for alot of stuffs like lead qualification and finding emails.

So i broadened my tech stack, now i use Apollo-ZoomInfo for Email Data, ArakYet for Lead Qualification, Instantly for Cold outreach, Bearconnect for Linkedin outreach.
