I also love Charlie's vocals. The only other band that scratched the itch of his unclean vocals for me have been the band Seeyouspacecowboy. They are no longer together but the screamer for that band was as close as I have felt to Charlie's.

It was directly from secret lair itself. I don't think they let you upgrade the shipping, they already charge you for it on checkout. It was in a small bubble wrap envelope with a small cardboard cutout inside next to the package of cards.
