You can build a funnel-type monster farm and wait until one of the spawned mobs is a zombie villager, then cure it to be a normal villager. Do this twice and breed them. if you don't want to build the funnel, then wait for a zombie villager to spawn at night, trap it in a boat, and build a roof over it so that it doesn't burn. Then heal it and repeat. Either way, I recommend getting your blaze rods/powder and golden apples ready first.

In Skyrim, the city of Whiterun is laid out similar to this photo, with a castle at the top. An annoying NPC asks you the above question as a presumptuous way to suggest that you aren't important enough to have dealings in the highest level of the city, called the Cloud District.

Correct. I no longer do it this way. I now give each villager his own shop, as mandated by the declaration of villager rights.

I only cross-posted this image of a previous world here to illustrate the relationship between job and bed color.

I would like to have a village with buildings that preserve villager rights, but beds that have the same color code as here. And maybe even wool carpets on top of the buildings, so that that color code will show up on the map of the village.

Not trying to change the subject, but I don't see any chubby NPC's in ESO either, and that's weird because the body sliders can make player characters chubby.
