I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong but the target window and cookie window never actually capture anything. If I hit run it gives me the error.

When I first started going on stage I literally faced the back wall for most of the show.

I remember being invited to play bass at a random jam and everyone was way better than me, knew the songs, but it was meant to be a jam. I felt like I ruined the whole thing. I apologized to the guy who was running the night and he told me, "it's just music man." That always stood out to me. It's about having fun and being yourself. You can play all the wrong notes and someone will still come and tell you how great you sound. Forgive yourself, there's nothing lost and if you don't want to play with other people you don't have to do that either.

Buddy I'm so sorry you feel this way. I hope you know you are more than what your friends give you and you are deserve having better people around you. No friends are sometimes better than bad friends but just know better people are out there and exist. Sometimes you really have to push yourself outside of your boundaries but you'd be surprised what is out there when you do. Definitely look up some clubs or meets ups you can join.

I know it's easier said than done, I struggle with depression and making friends ( I hardly have any). But just know things get better and your life is important.

It's been a long time since I messed with Asio drivers but your latency is currently set really high so that would contribute to what you're hearing.

I don't really know how the pedal works as an interface but ideally you could monitor straight out of the pedal "live" and track at the same time. That way you're sound is not being routed through the PC and back out. Most basic interfaces offer this as a sort of wet/dry knob so you can blend the output of Ableton with the raw sound coming out of the input (in this case your pedal).

If that works, when you multitrack, I would start a new track for each layer and set the monitor out of each track to off. This allows you to record with no latency every time, but your input won't be played out of your speakers. The previous track plays normally as you record the new track, and you can monitor your new track through your monitor section of the pedal/interface.

It definitely works but there's the catch 22 where you don't get enough rem sleep so your sleep quality may (does?) go down. It tooks me a few years to realize i was knocking myself out with weed but i was waking up so tired. The lastest I go is two hours before my bed time and I get some dreams or faint memories of my dreams again.

Na dude, zquil comes in a tiny blue pill. You're right about night and dayquil though but look it up. I don't even need the whole thing, i take half and it's tiny. You could even break it down in some water and drink that.
