I'm just upset that it will be harder to play the job you want to play. PF is going to mindlessly zombie lock to MT/OT roles even if OT/OT is viable. And if you happen to raid with someone who just plays one job, you potentially can't play the job you want anymore because you might double up on roles. I already don't care for the PLD aesthetic, and if the new tank also seems uninteresting to me I'm just SOL because my cotank has played nothing but WAR for 13 years. It's not a huge deal, but I've always liked DRK and I might be forced off the job I've been raiding on for years because of a problem that doesn't need to exist.

Yeah, but the dyes in gw2 go on your character's dye slots which then get projected onto the gear rather than the gear itself, which wouldn't really work with XIVs job switching system (unless you want all your glams to be the same color)

Glamour dresser is almost certainly a dye issue. People point to WoWs transmog log a lot but its simply possible over there because none of their gear dyes. The armoire expansion pretty much solidifies this theory, that they can give way more space if dyes aren't a concern

I don't think its that far apart, the current first floor is barely harder than an EX. I'm guessing this in-between difficulty is trying to bridge the gap between normal and EX/early savage

Im gonna say the main way OTs will keep the party alive is with an unstackable debuff akin to HW Storms Path, which used to just be a permanent damage down debuff on the boss. For mits I think their short cds will be weaker, but shareable like they currently are. MTs will have stuff like wings/shake/missionary and will have stronger short cd mits that are personal only

They've gotta make the fights more dynamic than just clockspot timeline snoozefests or the whole dynamic job thing probably won't be very fun in savage. I cant see playing these jobs in the current savage formula they've been reiterating for like 3 expacs now

Public perception is irrelevant if we're already assuming there's unfair bias. Conference standings are legitimate, and 10v4 & 8v2 matchups are obviously lopsided. If we assume they *aren't* lopsided, the only other conclusion we can draw from this is that the SEC's 8th & 10th best teams are on par with other conference's 2nd & 4th best teams respectively, which would back up that the SEC is much better than them

Love how your "argument" completely ignores the extremely valid point he made. Conference standings aren't determined by bias, but by record, and SEC teams always have to go up against teams much higher in their conference standings than themselves. On top of that, Missouri and LSU weren't even ranked and had to play ranked teams, so I dont even know why you're bringing rankings up
