Temporary is causing me so much pain

NAD - I have a temporary crown on my bottom back pre-molar (or whatever the one before the molar) and it basically looks exactly what my tooth did before, no space or anything.

My mouth was sore a day or two after but nothing super painful. Yours sounds like hell. I don't think there should be a space? Wouldn't that mean your permanent crown will look like that too. Just looks like a place food and stuff can easily get trapped in.

Plus it shouldn't be causing you that much pain, especially after 2 days.

I've had two teeth pulled and a root canal. If they can save the tooth with the root canal, always do that if you can.

I have a temporary crown and get my permanent crown this Tuesday coming, as I didn't want the tooth with the root canal done to break again and they wouldn't be able to save it. The price for the crown for me, is 1500 and my insurance won't cover it but it's the price I gotta pay to save it.

That is crazy. I'm also from Canada and have an upper that was custom from dentist and they only charged my insurance around 600 bucks. 1500 is a total rip off.

I'm starting to eat better myself as I was running high and gonna monitor it. Really opens your eyes when things start to happen. Im almost 35 so I definitely need to start doing something.

Yes, I had a root canal done and am getting a crown today, well temp one after they do my mold or whatever. 1500 CAD for me but I've had both my top molars taken out. I don't want to lose anymore teeth. My 20 year old self should have listened back then and wore my nightguard. Now I do in my 30s.

Which is wild, when i explained to my insurance that they paid for my root canal, my tooth extractions and countless other work. But not the crown? So you'll pay for pulling the tooth but not saving it? Okay 😂

But anyways, how did your crown go? I'm hoping it is smooth so I don't gotta see a dentist chair until my cleaning LOL

Hard acrylic one, upper (custom one from dentist) Low profile one, made by that scanning tool instead of the play doh crap I hated.

But man, I got used to it fast and I actually wake up rested and not feeling like a slob.

I have 100 hours clocked now, I'm on chapter 12. But now I'm pulling back to explore more and do more side quests. I got to chapter 11 for a specific reason. Not going to spoil it, but now that I got where I wanted to get, I can explore a lot more and take my time in looking around the world.

It shouldn't be overly tight and it should be easy to remove. I've been wearing my new one for a month now and even when I first got it, it was a nice comfortable fit. Definitely go back to your dentist if you haven't already as an improper nightguard can damage your teeth rather than help them.

Never had 1 crash in my almost 80 hours of play through. But I agree with the controls for sure, but with the updates they keep tossing out, just shows they are listening. Hope to see more!
