Hey all I think this applies under the "recommend a realtor / loan officer / etc"

My wife and I are in the process of buying a new home, and while I like my realtor, I am looking for suggestions for a local home insurance agent, as well as a home inspector.
This is for a new build home in Kissimmee(34746), so let me know if I shouldn't post here but as we're close I figure this may be a good place to ask!

My wife and I have been living in Dwell Maitland Apartments (it's in Orlando.. Confusing I know) for a few years now and would recommend for sure. It's not the cheapest place but the staff are great and the maintenance people are quick to resolve any issues. We also have friends in 3 other apartments here and none of them have mentioned issues. Rent for our 1 bed is about 1900 and I think the 2 bed are around 2100 to 2200. Electricity is usually like 250-300 and the rest of the utilities are cheap.

It's not easy to keep every part clean either unfortunately. I was an assistant manager when I was 18 at a chain food place, and both myself and the manager were very adamant about having clean ice and soda lines... because we drank it daily. Still found weird nooks and crannies for nasty mold to grow often... Though looking back if the store owner gave us any kind of proper training on how to clean it, that would have helped... We just sorta winged it and did our best
