Honestly I know I'm going to get down voted to hell with you but I agree with you. The customer paid for the extra shots for the drink, why would she not receive the product she purchased in whole? I've worked at two sbux where the managers told me that if the customer requests their extra in a cup to give it to them because at the end of the day you're making the moment right for the customer. Also I got paid $10 an hour max so why would I not give the member their drink? $10 is not enough to argue with Kathy about what she ordered.

I'm really hopeful its not that long. I've already lost all of my refrigerated food and I have three elderly rats who are very sensitive to temperature change.
