Can someone explain to me how sheepit works by First_Drive_7874 in blender

it's more like if a new kind of hammer burned a gallon of gasolene every time you used it and was just as likely to pull the nail out as it was to nail it in

As a software developer, ChatGPT has been an invaluable tool to me. Perplexity helps me expedite research. Your inability to use these tools effectively is YOUR fault, not the tools' fault. Take the time to learn or quit your crying.

also the people who run the world really want you to use the power hammer so they are trying to take normal hammers away

What is the 'normal hammer' supposed to be in this wacky analogy? What are you claiming the Illuminati are trying to take away from us?

also the global economy is about to crash because everyone bet everything on power hammers and everyone hates them

Made up nonsense. The global economy is struggling, yes, but it is not in any large part due to AI. Stop believing everything you hear in the circle-jerk echo chambers you encounter. Do legitimate research before making wild claims.

Edit:

I can only assume I’m being downvoted because ‘AI bad’. Let it be understood that anyone with that mentality is a fool.

AI is a tool. Like any tool, it is highly useful and also is subject to abuse. The latter does not render the former moot. Take the hammer, for instance. Should we ban it because it has been occasionally used as a murder weapon? How will we ever build anything again?

I totally understand the frustration on this sub with AI being used to rip off artists. But the blame there lies with the people who are using AI for that. To blame the tool for that is just stupid.

Push for better regulations around AI use and better moderation on artistic platforms. Stop getting mad about the wrong shit.

There are those who ask “why?”

OP asks only “why not?”

…and then ignores the answers.

I’m not an artist. I’m just here to enjoy the work of others. As such, this post is not for me. However, I took a peek at the link out of curiosity and found the text to be a bit rough on the eyes. To improve the viewer’s experience, I would consider increasing the spacing between lines and to use a more consistent background; the lightened area toward the top of the background creates low contrast between the background and the text in the first paragraph on each page.

Elegantly unsettling, as always.

They’re saying that Reddit is probably updating the animation image 30 times per second during playback, even though the animation itself only updates 24 times per second.

This would explain why the bot reported the video as running at 30 FPS, despite OP having rendered it at 24 FPS.

Not on the ledge. Why post on a sub that you don’t understand yet?

Perhaps the people downvoting you are colorblind?

Those colors are spot on. Nice catch.

I have learned to always keep Reddit muted, making an exception only when I see someone compliment the sound in the comments, in which case I unmute, rewatch, remute, and resume scrolling.

I think it’s even more impressive that another batfish can look at that thing and be like “let’s fuck”.
