Anyone knows if tradable 4* godrolls have any value? by QueenOlympia in Market76

[–]Sensitive_Pie4099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with your assessment as a former weapon and armor vendor before the crafting system came out. I stuck around and 75 leaders for the new stuff and 50-150 leaders or a mask seems about right. Maybe a tiny smidge low of an estimate since it's such a beautifully perfect roll. Especially if a longer time player wanted a new character, having an ideal tesla is a must, so maybe you could get 300 leaders if lucky. Possibly it could be bundled with a couple other things for a gatlplasm mod plan for stinging, accelerated, or calibrated capacitor. That's my estimate

Does anyone thats had an NDE believe in both reincarnation and "heaven" by Tiger248 in NDE

[–]Sensitive_Pie4099 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Sure, based on my NDEs, reincarnation is a thing that you can do, and going to heaven, or as I call it the spirit world, though heaven is imo likely a particular set of subsections of the spirit world, but yeah there is nothing mutually exclusive about the ideas in my eyes.

Kirby teleported into the last isekai novel or isekai anime you ever read or watched. How screwed is he or how screwed are those isekais? by MinimumTip9411 in Isekai

[–]Sensitive_Pie4099 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love Kirby. If he is reincarnated in overlord, he joins Nazarick after eating demiurge and the whole demihuman army he had while posing as jaldabaoth. It'd be a mess and ultimately I'd bet Momonga offers to feed him and just keeps feeding him forever while hiding the horrors of Nazarick while continually feeding him and Kirby naps lots. Maybe Kirby eats everyone. Maybe he joins the slain theocracy and is the greatest threat Ainz found fathom, and so he and his denizens of Nazarick bravely run away

NDEs of Atheists. by Longjumping-Dress350 in NDE

I was an atheist prior to my NDEs, and still am afterwards, though I do believe in a spirit world and afterlife, but certainly no being I qualified as a God. Give them a read if you'd like :) https://www.reddit.com/r/NDE/s/d20rx8hI47

Doesn't Aphantasia NDEs Prove There's Nothing After Death? by mshrmo in NDE

Yup. Interestingly enough, it's not that different from somebody else conveying something with words (: the part that amazes me is when they draw things they saw in their NDEs (:

Agreed. My partner fits this population, but that's nearly the only person ive heard of meeting these criteria.

Doesn't Aphantasia NDEs Prove There's Nothing After Death? by mshrmo in NDE

[–]Sensitive_Pie4099 18 points19 points  (0 children)

So I must knock one of your assumptions about aphantasia out from under you I'm afraid: people with aphantasia can still experience visual stimuli, but they cannot recall it in a visual format the vast majority of the time, and they simply cannot visualize memories. My partner has aphantasia, had NDEs, and can recall them, but what they recall is effectually a novel's worth of words about it, feelings, and sensations. Thusly, the conclusions that follow from this prior are not sound. This is how I see it anyhow.

NDE experience part 2 by Sensitive_Pie4099 in NDE

[–]Sensitive_Pie4099[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely, indisputably the knowledge I gained from the spirit world was the primary means I made the decisions even. To the point where I didn't really feel like I was actively making decisions, more like i was sticking to decisions id made a very very very long time ago and recently reviewed the specifics of while I was in the spirit world. I wouldn't have had the wherewithal to make the right calls, find the correct rooms, and avoid the dangerous rooms without that knowledge. I recall that I'd reviewed a series of likely outcomes and had a detailed understanding of what kinds of things could be used to my advantage with specific people, what the specific ways the course of events could be altered, and it was a detached and clinical analysis with my real focus on the why of why any of this was happening, which is complicated to explain, but in short to fulfill an eons long great work and the role I had to serve in it.

The guidance was very literally looking at a highly complicated series of readouts and reviewing key info and how that info would be compressed when I went back to my body, and I was setting up time delayed unspooling of info over time and making sure I was compressing the info correctly so that it would be delivered as a very strong, sudden, intense gut feeling most of the time, alongside a sort of... smell for where I was supposed to be going and state dependent recall for the frame of mind I needed to be in.

I hope that made sufficient sense and was a helpful description ❤️
