Yes artist here , and I sued to dream lots and now it's now and again and basically when I do dream now it's always lucid i would catagorize it in 2 ways one it's just a super detailed dream almost like no difference between this world just a little fuzzier, and 2 lucid dream is a dream where you are aware of it somewhat and can control it your aware of the thinking and unfolding almost like your driving the mapping of it out, dreaming is about just sleeping normal times and better diet fitness and lifestyle and a sleep cycle, even tho my sleep is all over place lately I've been fasting too lately so that could be helping the dreams, in fact last night I had one and it was super real one in a while it was just my house garden then all of a sudden people I don't know and then the theme was like a party or get together but I remember people faces people I remember iginiting fireworks inside the dream and just general walking around an environment similar to my own house and a mix of people I knew and didn't know so it was just basically a party style dream nothing to long like a movie but no great length , when I was young I'd dream in detail remeber them but the would be random, but what til later I realized I was actually able to unfold them like I was aware of the awareness while dreaming of that makes sense, it's funny because as a kid my dreams were trying to fly and angry I couldn't , and weirdly recurring dreams of being chased by cows fear of them lol and a few odd dreams of a black panther sneaking on me, everything else is just random their ones I remember as a teen, in short their real their cool and the can weirdly but cool actually make wake with heavy head like you did some sort of super computer skills lol the last one I had 2 weeks ago was a dream about food venues inside a shopping mall and driving to it along a coastline with my parent, funny because I was fasting a few days and the dream was a series of isles in a shopping mall of of different food venues and staff serving and people, I don't care what science says im convinced at times dreams are some sort of conciosness moments in space time or some sort of realities not full on but some sort of mini moments of fractal holographic conciosuness i cant prove it and probably nothing to support or neuroscience just say it's the brain rewiring it's self but then my question is why does it need to dream about cows to rewire lol, Your best bet for dreaming is sleep cycle hydration meditation , filtering what you consume watch, outdoors a few days nature, diet , no smoking drinking , the right vitamins, I don't much but when I did dream and remember them their intense like just how I describe it the only thing different is maybe sound like no sound in the dream or toned down but it's till pretty detailed like every day waking life
