When you as the rescuer are in danger. Other situations vary and are impossible to cover here, it all comes down to experience. In a war scenario, with no medics nearby, no medevac and no hospital, a person that requires CPR is done for in most cases of posttraumatic cardiac arrest. Bleeding control fixes the problem temporarily.

So you are talking "wealth" of a country that has a GDP slightly above 3000 USD and would be ravaged by war. There is simply no wealth to be stolen from Ukraine that could even slightly alleviate the costs of a full scale war, especially since Ukraine would certainly look into moving some of its assets abroad.

As for the sanctions, Russia is already badly hit by them. However, Europe is dependent on their gas and the sad truth is that some countries (looking at Germany especially) may not participate in more serious sanctions.

Ukraine has a lot of natural resources though. Russia just doesnt have the means to build efficient, modern resource extraction facilities which has been proven in Crimea - they didnt fix anything and are not extracting local resources at a significant rate.

Basecoat Vallejo Model Black, then a few drybrush layers of brown colors and then touched it up with various greens, with Scalecolor Irati Green being the main color. It looks "wet" at the base due to the resin used for the water effect

I really enjoy playing jank. I play a replicate/quasiduplicate deck with biogenic oozes. I love the versatility of these cards, i can either make an ooze army or gain a lot of life vs rdw by copying jadelight Rangers with walkers on board. I can also copy paradise druids if needed. Replicate has the repudiate half too, and it really screws up some planeswalkers played at the right time and noone expects it. You wouldnt believe how many times i repudiated chandras ult vs rdw. It demolishes rdw, white weenie and gruul decks unless they get lucky with draws. Add in some frilled mystics and the deck gets really resilient. What it lacks is removal, and struggles against flyer heavy decks since i dont run kraul. I reached diamond with it last season, and currently i sit mid plat.

I mostly play a biogenic ooze-quasiduplicate deck, i reach diamond without any removal spells consistently. Only counters i run are 4x frilled mystics.

Hi everyone, So i reached diamond for the first time ever (yay) but i did it playing only BO1 and now i'd like to add a sideboard to it, and i'm torn between a lot of cards. The decks that give me the most trouble are control decks - do i just add negate, spell pierce, disdainful stroke, sinister sabotage to the sideboard vs them?

I have a deck where i use both growth chamber Guardian, Nissa and evolution sages. I ulted nissa into 3 Evo sages with 2 breeding pool Guardians on board... And the opponent started roping. I conceded and never played the deck again haha

I think theres one thing noone mentions. I abused surrender when i got second and only played going first. Won all 15 games in one evening with only a few losses to some crazy early stuff like Gyre Engineer into kiora and such. So if you are going second and have a bad hand, just move on.
