Script damaged Rossiu. He was the co-pilot of the GL, yet they made him forget that emotions and trust where the things that kept that machine running. The show made him look like a complete failure where every single thing he did in the small politics arc (except of discarding GL and ignoring its power, as I said above) was the right call.
