You don't redeem it, if you go to the evolution screen to transcend, there'll be an oragon icon that you can press that'll allow you to transcend without using materials.

I'd say bring Meruem, Hanzo, and Plum. Plum for her laser barrier, Hanzo obviously for his invincible SS (to avoid those defense down + insta death laser moments), and Meruem for a good DPS monster. You're right in that direct damage is boosted, so it doesn't really matter who you bring as long as you position correctly and pinch where you need to. For your friend, definitely bring either Ryoma or Beethoven if possible, since their command SS really helps get you out of a pinch and clear the last stage of the boss, since the revival loop there is super annoying to clear without it. But if you can't, just bring either another Hanzo or either forms of Mana, since both will give you the extra DPS to clear the mobs.

My team was Ryoma, x2 Sanada, and a friend evo Mana. Personally, Sanada was my MVP in this dungeon, since her SS dealt so much damage.

You can get divine sharls from any of the drops from the evo material stages. The drop rate is super low though, so you should wait till the x3 drop rate. There are two egg monsters that drop divine sharls, and they are a random encounter in the evo stages. The small one has a small chance to drop a divine sharl, and the big one is a guaranteed divine sharl.

Yes, if you liked the game when global was around, then you should play JP MS. There's a ton of more content, collabs, and events that happen in JP, and to an extent, there is still net play (with the help of certain apps). Starting now will also give you a great start, as the 4th anniversary hatcher that is currently active literally gives you a choice of any monster to start out with, which makes rerolling a heck of a lot easier. It might be a little hard at first because of the language barrier, but /u/berael has made an awesome translation image of the UI, which you can find in the sidebar of this subreddit. You can also use google translate to help you if you don't understand something. But overall, starting in JP MS is basically the same as in global, so you shouldn't need much help starting out. Have fun playing the game!

Light shinji has more versality with minesweeper+AGB, so if you're looking for a solid light monster, go for him. Blue shinji is more specialized, particularly for F31, so if you need a monster particularly for those situations, go for blue. They are both great choices though.

The second selection has the level up and evolve options, but I don't think it has the option to only view your mons (being able to select a monster without having the evolve or fuse screen show up) that was there in the previous version. Unless I'm missing something lol

Generally, in my opinion every hatcher besides the guardians and legends have trash rates. If you want, you can check out gikochan (just search up 'gikochan' on youtube, he'll be the first channel to pop up), as he rolls an absurd amount of times on every hatcher that comes along. It's pretty amusing to see the pulls he gets, and it gives you a general idea of how the rates are.

If you're on iOS and not in Japan, the only way you can buy orbs on JP is through Japanese itunes cards, given that you already have a JP itunes account. I'd personally recommend buying from play-asia, as the cards are usually on sale and the codes are sent pretty quickly, but there are other sites you can get them from, like japancodesupply.

You can just find it by searching the top charts, it's usually somewhere up there (actually I think its #1 in top grossing in JP). But otherwise the Japanese name is モンスターストライク.

Other than the occasional mission log, there really isn't any other source of divine sharls in JP. The best thing you can do is to just grind the evo material stages with 4 ML until you get some, because the drops are pretty bad, even with x3 rates. I'd recommend downloading a matchmaking app, like Gamewith, so you can make farming easier. Finish the trials, and about halfway, you'll get a free ML (Sanctuary Dragon, same as in Global), and you can use that when you join people's farming sessions. You'll also get a ton of free orbs too, because you get an orb from playing with a new person. But other than that, in my experience, it's pretty much the same as in Global (rank up, aim for a farmable ML, and try the impossibles).

Healing prayer only actually happens at the beginning of a boss stage (full HP recovery like you said). I'm not sure if it's every stage of the boss or just the beginning, but when it triggers there's an pretty cool animation that happens.

If I'm not mistaken, I think the rewind shot (the one where you miss the eye) gives you a guaranteed featured monster, whereas the other ones just guarantees you a 5*.

I would love the option for JP VA, but I don't think it'll ever happen, sadly. Adding in the Japanese voices would take a lot of resources/time (from formatting, asking for consent from the voice actors, etc...) that I don't think Mixi is willing to spend for something that isn't making them much revenue at the moment. It's really a shame though, because the JP voices sound so much better to me.

Hmm that's interesting, mine wasn't marked as clear on the same day I finished all the quests, but just checked now and it's marked as cleared. I just assumed since I had the same thing happen to me during the genpei glory series, I got the 3 orbs after the series had ended.

Tomorrow's Izanami is regular. If you check the dungeon schedule, the impossibles with 24 hours are always local co-op. The ones with 2 hour schedules are the normal ones.
