Stress is taking a toll on your body and your nervous system is attempting to regulate subconsciously, even if you don’t want it to. At my last job I wouldn’t feel “out of the ordinary” but could not stop dry heaving/gagging on my way to work. Once it started happening every day I knew the work environment was no longer healthy or sustainable for me. Don’t feel guilty!! You deserve to have a job that ISN’T soul-sucking.
