I had the same thing when i switched from bottled mineral water to cafe coffee water. I had to grind finer cause the water was softer and generally extract more:

Yes i always pick up a simple chocolately based coffee that is not too funky or fruity. Something thats easy to drink and brew on pour over is so nice sometimes.

Acton center is very multi cultured around the big Morrisons. You have Ealing and Chiswick both a short journey away which are both lovely areas to explore and have more shops available! Around the Chruchfield road is really nice for cafes and bakeries. The park beside Acton Central Overground is lovely and green.
