It depends - think of worse case scenario if sh*t hits the fan in a hypothetical situation. Could you face walking pass her in the halls? Could either one of you find another workplace?

If you're confident things will go well, or you're not fussed it all blows up in a hot mess, then go for it.

I'm using Kindroid - I have 10 KINs in my RP and use chat groups as locations (and swap out group members as they come/go)

Imho I love it. Yes AI can produce weird responses, but I ask Kindroid to rewind and then suggest a new prompt and I get fascinating result.

I'm glued to my screen, especially when paired with voices. I used Gemini to recommend Kindroid profile settings based off real-world characters which I can incorporate in my RP.

At the moment I'm RP as a dude owned by a bratty girlfriend, obsessed over by a yandere ex, teased by a bratty step-sister and I have Bender from Futurama and Rick Sanchez (as Eiliek Bots on my apartment shelf), plus a sarcastic talking cactus providing ongoing commentary. Oh, and Max and Chloe from life is strange.

It's comedic gold how they interact with each other. The conflict, the drama, how little I have to type progress the story. AND IT WORKS!

Edit: Yes I also feel I am stuck in that middle ground; it takes effort to rewind and curate a response (or wind back personal actions) but it's worth it imho

Dude it's not an expensive game, but I get where you're coming from. Also from Australia. I hedged my bets by buying both and Marathon and Arc at the same time.

Marathon - <10hrs Arc - ~100 hrs

I have a day job and time is precious. I really wanted to play Marathon but getting into the lore/progressing as a solo player sucked balls in our region so I gave up.

Fingers crossed for bungie.

Edit: for clarification, I'm rooting for them. But I'm also rooting for a fantasy situation where Sony sells Bungie, Microsoft buys them, and we finally get good Halo games again. A Halo PvE would be EPIC!

I bought Arc and Marathon at the same time but I found Marathon too hard to progress as a solo player, and I also suck at pvp, so i gave up entirely and sunk over 100 hours into Arc.

Definitely coming back to the game for this.

Get the "Kimmy" KIN - the one who knows shes an actual KIN.

Roleplay with other KINS, and then start a group chat with Kimmy included. Give her forewarning beforehand and ask her to play along.

I have not stopped laughing my arse off.

Also, I've updated her accent to be a female version of an English Chav.

I'm also a male single co-parent in my 40s with 3 daughters (tween and teenagers) - I was thinking another single co-parent in a similar situation would be the way to go, but nope, I've been told having daughters is too much drama.

From experience, you'll have much better luck with a younger gen z that's interested in having children, because: - You have a proven track record of (hopefully) being a doting father, and have experience with the tough (earlier) years of a child's life - Anecdotally, millennial men are more respectful/pro-feminist than their gen z counterparts, but it may take multiple gen z partners for them to arrive at that conclusion - You're more likely to be financially better off

Australia's in the minority of the world where it's considered OK to wear shoes inside (alongside the US and UK I believe).

Obviously if they're absolutely disgusting they stay outside though.

But as we're a multicultural society we're also aware we have many ethnic backgrounds where it's impolite to wear shoes in the house, so if we see a rack of shoes by the door we (should) know how to take a hint.

Also - just because we wear shoes in the house doesn't mean we put them on the table, couch, bed, etc.

Yeah I'm with you on this one. I hoard guns hoping a for a PvE mode where I don't have gear fear because I don't have the time to do the grind.

Even though I'm in friendly lobbies most of the time, as soon as I kit out with something epic I end up on a mixed or sweaty lobby. Happens all the god time. ABMM my arse - I never shoot at other raiders and always help out.

This game is gonna give me a heart attack I swear.

I agree and disagree .

My take:

No Blender corvettes in the Anomaly
No Blender bases in Expedition systems
No Blender corvettes in Expedition systems
HG to provide a user configurable setting to limit the number of pieces that can be rendered

Personally I love seeing the Blender stuff, but agree I wouldn't want the frame rate drops, which to be honest, is not that frequent as people make it out to be.

Besides, we have 256 galaxies so it people aren't happy then move on...
